Apparently this cup belonged to Rabbi Dovid Moshe Friedman (1828 – 1903) who was the first Rebbe of Chertkov and the son of Rabbi Yisroel Friedman, the Ruzhiner Rebbe and it was gifted by his son Rabbi Yisroel Friedman to the â€œChevra” in New York in 1909.
