A LARGE SILVER TORAH CROWN BY K. PASTON AND COMPANY. American, c. 1900. Cut, chased and engraved with decorative lower bands. The main body consists of seven ribs alternating with a gilded art nouveau floral decoration. The upper portion fitted with seven flowers and a smaller upper crown topped with an eagle. Engraved in the cartouche in Hebrew: TO CONGREGATION ZAMBIN NUSACH ARI BY MORDECHAI WEBER IN MEMORY OF AYDELEH RIFKA AND AARON HANOCH. 20” tall. Approximately 100 ozt. Provenance J.
