A LARGE SILVER SPICE CONTAINER. Russia, 1875. On an octagonal base chased with acanthus leaf designs and with a skirted stem. The body made of finely spun filigree on two levels. Fitted with four flags, four gilded bells and four lions. Marked on base. 12” tall.
