26. A SILVER SPICE TOWER BY FRANKIL PRESENTED TO THE MANCHESTER HEBREW CONGREGATION. . Warsaw, 1883. On a round base that connects to a baluster-shaped stem. Main square section is made of finely spun filigree that is fitted by a door to allow for the insertion of spices. Upper cone shaped steeple. The apex is fitted with a flag inscribed: PRESENTED TO THE MANCHESTER HEB.CONG. BY HARRIS ISAACS SEP. 25, 5658 – 1898. The base is inscribed in Hebrew: A GIFT TO THE SYNAGOGUE BY TZVI SON OF REB ARYEH IN MEMORY FOR THE SOUL OF HIS MOTHER SARAH LEAH DAUGHTER OF MORDECHAI ON TISHREI 1898. 9.8” tall.
