A LARGE STERLING SILVER KIDDUSH CUP BY HENRY PETZAL (Berlin, 1906 – New Jersey, 2002). On a round base with inverted conical lower portion. Upper portion outwardly tapering with gilded interior. Hand wrought. 6. 8” tall. Signed Henry Petzal, Sterling, 1975, HC. Petzal’s work can be found in the Museum of Fine Arts of Boston, the Chicago Museum of Fine Arts, and the Silversmiths Museum in London. Provenance: The collection of Richard Levy.
