A MAGNIFICENT PARCEL GILT SILVER SPICE TOWER. Poland, late 18th century. On a round domed base with claw supports. Main spice chamber, square with sliding door and matching brackets. Obelisk shaped spire decorated with white filigree on gilded silver. Topped with a bird finial. Marked with crossed keys and a 12 mark. 13.25” tall. Sold Sotheby’s, November 2008, lot 112.
