Engraved "PRESENTED TO J. JACOBS ESQUIRE BY THE MEMBERS OF THE NEW SYNAGOGUE AS A TOKEN OF REGARD FOR LONG AND FRUITFUL SERVICES RENDERED TO THE ABOVE INSTITUTION JAN. 17 1897". 6.5" tall.
