A BRASS BEZALEL WALL DECORATION. Jerusalem, c. 1920. Acid etched with typical Bezalel style decorations, running stags, wheat stalks and grapevine designs. Etched in Hebrew “He who works his land will receive bread”, and “those who sow with tears will reap with song”. Also etched Jerusalem. Central plaque embossed with Jewish man plowing the field. 12” wide.
