A LARGE SILVER TORAH CROWN BY ISAAC PERLMAN. American, 1911. Hand cut and chased. Decorated with eight ribs each gilded with silver cut overlay. The upper portion decorated with and made flowers and topped with a smaller crown and bird finial. Engraved in Hebrew with dedication THE RABBI YAKOV TZVI SON OF YISRAEL BERISH 1911, 23 OF SHVAT 19 tall.
