A LARGE SILVER COHANIC LAVER AND BASIN. Vienna, c.1880. The laver in urn form is engraved with a Cohanic symbol on the central cartouche and engraved on base in Hebrew: THIS WAS DONATED BY THE ZALTZER FAMILY IN MEMORY OF BAILA AND AVRAHAM HAYAKAR YAAKOV SON OF RACHEL HACOHEN. 11.2 tall. The basin is engraved on the central cartouche with Cohanic hands. 13 wide.
