A LARGE PARCEL GILT MEGILLAH IN ORIGINAL CASE.Vienna, c.1870. Hand wrought and gilded. Decorated with engine turned bright cut engravings on handle and chased organic designs on the main body. Topped with a basket of flowers finial. Fitted with Ashkenaz Bais Yosef megillah in the original leather case. Megillah 12″ long, the leather case is 12.3″ long. Exceptional condition. Sold J.
