A LARGE SILVER TORAH SHIELD. Berlin, c. 1860. Hand chased with swirling borders, Solomonic pillars, and checkerboard design. Affixed with the Decalogue, lions, a crown and a portion plaque holder. Inscribed in Hebrew: “ISRAEL SON OF RABBI MESHULUM” and “PARSHAS LECH LECHA 1869”. 11.7″ tall x 10.3″ wide.
