A pair of silver sabbath candlesticks. Probably hanau, 19th century. The round bases are richly decorated with floral and scrolling. Further decorated with six scenes including jacob’s dream, a woman blessing the sabbath lights, the binding of isaac, solomon’s judgment, samson and david. The main body consists of a lion holding up a florally decorated bobeche. 7.7” tall. Estimate $12,000 – 16,000
