A RARE AND IMPORTANT SILVER TORAH CROWN. Italy, c. 1790 – 1810. Ornately chased with scrolling designs, shells, flowers, pomegranates, C-Scrolls, buds and stems. Decorated with five applied blooming flowers fitted in a stylized diamond shape cartouche. 6.2” tall, 8” wide. Some small losses and cracks.
