Engraved along the upper border with Hebrew dedication: GIVEN BY NOACH SON OF OUR TEACHER, OUR LORD, OUR RABBI NAFTALI, WHOSE CANDLE SHOULD CONTINUE TO BURN”. An exceptionally early and large example of an Eastern European kiddush cup. 3.2” tall.
